LGBC hired Chef Josh Moyer in June of 2020 then introduced our new kitchen staff and menu on August 17th 2020. Chef Moyer likes to update the menu based on seasonal items and holidays (Oktoberfest, St. Patty's Day, etc.) so keep a look out for changes every 45 to 60 days.
