About the event

5 Course Seafood Dinner Pairing that will be held at the brewery on Thursday, November 30th from 7:30-9pm. 

This event will include 5 flight glass pours (5oz) of select craft beers that have been paired nicely with Chef Moyer's 5  Course Seafood menu. Dinner tickets are $75.00 per person (plus tax & tip) and you'll be required to pay $20 per person in advance to reserve your seats. You'll pay the remaining balance of $55.00 plus tax & tip at the brewery.  We will continue to service walking-in customers after 7pm downstairs for drink service only with last call at 9pm. 

The 5 Course  Dinner & Craft Beer Pairing Menu:

Course 1 - Thai seafood chowder with lemon and thyme paired with Steamroller (California Common)

Course 2 - Spicy shrimp with pickled cucumbers & cilantro lime rice paired with veteran Rye (Session IPA)

Course 3 - Cioppino, shellfish in a bouillabaisse base paired with Mad Cow (Milk Stout)

Course 4 - Wasabi ginger crusted salmon with stir fry veggies, citrus ginger sauce & coconut rice crisp paired with DBR (Cream Ale)

Course 5 - Seared swordfish with asparagus & lobster Oscar (Charon sauce), paired with Got Gose?

Course 6 - Small scoop of raspberry sorbet to cleanse the pallet

    This 5 Course Seafood Dinner pairing is $75 per person plus tax & tip, we collect $20 per person now and $55 plus tax & tips per person will be collected by your server at the end of the night. Cheers
