5 Course Korean BBQ Dinner Pairing will be held at the brewery on Sunday, April 7th from 4--6pm
This event will start an hour after our brunch service is over and will include 5 flight glass pours (5oz) of select craft beers that have been paired nicely with Chef Moyer's 5 Course Brunch menu. Brunch Pairing tickets $60 per person (plus tax & tip) and you'll be required to pay $20 per person in advance to reserve your seats. You'll pay the remaining balance of $40 plus tax & tip at the brewery.
Course 1 - Korean short rib fries paired with Penny Whistle (Irish Red Ale)
Course 2 - Korean BBQ lettuce wraps paired with Purple Nurple (Concord Grape Lactose Kettle Sour)
Course 3 - Korean BBQ pizza paired with Clinton County Porter
Course 4 - Korean BBQ short ribs paired Queen Bee (American Strong Ale)
Course 5 - Ho Bak Zun (Zucchini pancake) paired with Luck of the Irish (Lager)

This 5 Course Brunch pairing (2nd session) is $60 per person plus tax & tip, we collect $20 per person now and $40 plus tax & tip per person will be collected by your server at the end of your session (we ask that you please tip on the $60 value). Cheers
