5 Course Italian Dinner Pairing will be held at the brewery on Sunday, October 27th from 5-6:30pm
This event will start an hour after our brunch service is over and will include 5 flight glass pours (5oz) of select craft beers that have been paired nicely with Chef Moyer's 5 Course Italian Dinner Pairing. Tickets are $60 per person (plus tax & tip) and you'll be required to pay $20 per person in advance to reserve your seats. You'll pay the remaining balance of $40 plus tax & tip at the brewery.
Course 1 - Minestrone paired with Another Oktoberfest
Course 2 - Black truffle risotto paired with Harvest Ale
Course 3 - Bolognese paired with Red Wine
Course 4 - Classic Panzerott0 with I-69 Detour (NEIPA)
Course 5 - Tiramisu paired with DeWitt Stout

This 5 Course Italian Dinner pairing is $60 per person plus tax & tip, we collect $20 per person now and $40 plus tax & tip per person will be collected by your server at the end of your session (we ask that you please tip on the $60 value). Cheers
