Chef Moyer & LGBC Owners will be serving up a 5 Course Brunch Pairing on Sunday, February 4th.This is for the Second session from 2-4pm. We will need to clear the brewery by 4:15pm.

About the event
5 Course Brunch Pairing that will be held at the brewery on Sunday, February 4th with 2 sessions. First session is 11am-1pm and the second session is 2-4pm.
This event will include 5 flight glass pours (5oz) of select craft beers that have been paired nicely with Chef Moyer's 5 Course Brunch menu. Brunch Pairing tickets are $50 per person (plus tax & tip) and you'll be required to pay $20 per person in advance to reserve your seats. You'll pay the remaining balance of $30.00 plus tax & tip at the brewery. We will not be serving our normal menu on this day and will close at 4:15pm. We will be open to those that buy tickets, walk-ins that want to do the burnch pairing and those that want drink service only from 11am-4pm.
The 5 Course Brunch & Craft Beer Pairing Menu:
Course 1 - "Grandma's toad in a holel" paired with oatmeal stout (oatmeal cookies from Sweetie-licous)
Course 2 - smoked brisket hash paired with beermosa (DBR infused with oranges)
Course 3 - breakfast sliders paired with Crime of Passion (Lactose Sour Ale)
Course 4 - loaded biscuits with burnt ends, bacon and sausage paired with .300 blackout Stout
Course 5 - sticky buns paired with coffee and cream ale

This 5 Course Brunch pairing (2nd session) is $50 per person plus tax & tip, we collect $20 per person now and $30 plus tax & tips per person will be collected by your server at the end of your session. Cheers
