Walk, Crawl, Run, Fly & Swim 5 Course Dinner Pairing will be held at the brewery on Wednesday, April 30th from 7-9pm
This event will include 5 flight glass pours (5oz) of select craft beers & wine that have been paired nicely with Chef Moyer's 5 Course Dinner. Tickets are $69.99 per person (plus tax & tip) and you'll be required to pay $20 per person in advance to reserve your seats. You'll pay the remaining balance of $49.99 plus tax & tip at the brewery.
Course 1 - Lobster & Shrimp Cake paired w/ I-69 Detour (NEIPA)
Course 2 - Guinnish braised short Rib & potato puree paired w/ Guinnish Stout
Course 3 - Venison Sliders paired Penny Whistle (Red Ale)
Course 4 - Duck Confit Ragu with pappardelle paired w/ Red Wine
