5 Course Seafood Dinner Pairing will be held at the brewery on Thursday, July 25th from 7:30-9pm
This event will start an hour after our brunch service is over and will include 5 flight glass pours (5oz) of select craft beers that have been paired nicely with Chef Moyer's 5 Course Seafood Dinner Pairing. Tickets are $59.99 per person (plus tax & tip) and you'll be required to pay $20 per person in advance to reserve your seats. You'll pay the remaining balance of $39.99 plus tax & tip at the brewery.
Course 1 - heirloom tomato & Burrata Salad paired with New England IPA
Course 2 - Shrimp & Scallop ceviche paired with Mega Mooshy (Lactose Sour)
Course 3 - Point Judith Calamari w/ chili-soy sauce paired with Hazy Shade
Course 4 - Surf & Turf paired with German Pilsner Course 5 - Key LIme Pie paired with Orange Peel Hazy Shade
