5 Course German Cuisine Dinner Pairing

5 Course German Dinner Pairing that will be held at the brewery on Thursday, October 5th from 7:30-9pm. 

This event will include 5 flight glass pours (5oz) of select craft beers that have been paired nicely with Chef Moyer's 5 course German food menu. Dinner tickets are $65.00 per person (plus tax & tip) and you'll be required to pay $20 per person in advance to reserve your seats. You'll pay the remaining balance of $45.00 plus tax & tip at the brewery.  We will continue to service walking-in customers after 7pm downstairs for drink service only with last call at 9pm. 

The 5 Course  Dinner & Craft Beer Pairing Menu:

Course 1 - Wilted greens salad with onions and warm bacon dressing paired with Stained Glass (Hazy Pale Ale)

Course 2 - Kielbasa cabbage stew paired with Bombshell (Blonde Ale)

Course 3 - Bavarian pot roast paired with the LGBC Amber Ale

Course 4 - German Schnitzel with potatoes and gorgonzola cream paired with Another Oktoberfest (Marzen)

Course 5 - Apple streusel with vanilla sauce paired with an Oatmeal Stout made from Sweetie-Licious oatmeal cookies
